Add mail handler to Metaxa engine

a mail hander for metaxa engine can be added.

You can then analyse your emails via : 
curl -i -X POST -H "Content-Type:message/rfc822" -H 
"Accept:application/rdf+xml" -T mail-html.eml  http://localhost:8080/engine

Results of the metaxa engine is for example :
