Please note the following two resource as they are related to this issue
1. A discussion to use the new Jobs Component for the Implementation of this
Issue by David Riccitelli [1]
2. A specification defining Enhancement Chains [2]: The Execution Plan used by
such Chains would allow to determine what Enhancement Engines could be executed
in parallel. Because of this this specification provides also some details an
asynchronous and parallel execution of EnhancementEngines.
