Add support for execution metadata

RDF metadata providing information about the executed Enhancement chain
(specification) and the actual execution by the EnhancementJobManager. RDF data
are stored as content part in the ContentItem. Users will be able to retrieve
this information by requesting the inclusion of this content part or by an
optional query parameter that will allow to activate the copying of the
execution metadata to the metadata of the contentitem.
