Resolution: Fixed
kres profile and launcher are no more.
All Stanbol modules in that profile are now in the full launcher except for the
following that were moved to the 'contrib' directory:
- reengineer (not maintained)
- reasoners/owllink (not maintained, depends on an AL2 library not yet in maven
central)
- reasoners/hermit (contains LGPL dependencies, must be built separately)
