icu4j version

Hi all,
in the FISE parent the icu4j version is at 3.4.5 while the closest version I
(and Maven) could find on public repos is 3.4.4.
So, since it's not possible to 'mvn install' FISE module with icu4j 3.4.5,
can we point to 3.4.4? Or does 3.4.5 version have features/bugfixes we need?
