Hi, I managed to stage the artifacts from the accepted 0.9.0-incubating release at
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachestanbol-051 This includes all released artifacts contained in the 0.9.0-incubating release package except the data bundles and the launchers. The reason for excluding the data bundles is the license of the included OpenNLP models. In their current form the packaged data bundles do not inform about the license of the included models. This has to be fixed before we could deploy them. Otherwise it would look like we are releasing the models under AL20 license which is not the case. However, the data bundles can always be created from the source release. The launchers are excluded because IMO the Maven central repository is not meant to be used for such artifacts. We could prepare a launcher based on the 0.9.0-incubating release and offer it as a convenience binary download on our website. If there are no obligations, I will release the artifacts in the staging repository tomorrow. By this, they will be synced to the Maven central repository and are available as Maven dependencies. I have also updated our website and created a new download page.
