i suggest you to install awstats for the logs of apache: http://demo.jawstats.com/ http://awstats.sourceforge.net/
and you could also install piwik for have similar features to the main features of google analytics, but hosted by you. It's writtten with php, so it is manageable by apache too, in some way.
