Hi,

the artifact

org.apache.stanbol.data.sites.dbpedia:jar:1.0.4-incubating-SNAPSHOT

downloads a prepared DBPedia index from http://www.salzburgresearch.at/
This index is licensed under the "Creative Commons
Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License" [1] so we could include
this index in Apache Stanbol [2].

Is there any other reason to download this index from an external
source? The index size is about 46MB. Is this a problem?

>From a release point of view it would be much easier if the index is
in the SVN and part of the source tree. The reason is that a source
release of the artifact would not include the index but a binary
release would. This requires to have separate LICENSE, NOTICE, README
files for source and binary releases.
