I don't know if this is meant to affect the release, but the version
numbering is causing the trunk not to build on my machine (fresh
checkout, empty maven repo).
I am getting unresolved dependencies on the entity tagging engine:

Indeed, those entityhub modules in the trunk have advanced their
versions to 0.10.1-incubating-SNAPSHOT.
