Some include references, e.g. to the opennlp data bundles which are
not available via Maven central. That's the issue. People who try to
use these bundlelists, have to create some of the referenced bundles
from the source release.

The point is, that we have a 0.9.0-incubating source release that
people can compile and use. We do not provide all binary artifacts for
convenience that may be possible to create from this source release
(the license problem). Hopefully, in future releases we will be able
to provide binaries as convenience downloads for all artifacts that
are released as source.
