I have added the following note regarding graduation:

  The project has updated its status page at [1] and opened
  PODLINGNAMESEARCH-8 [2] to establish Stanbol as a project name. Since
  there seems to be no remaining issues against graduation from our mentors the
  next step is to create and discuss a resolution.
