Regarding XEP-0176 and those who say "ICE isn't implemented anywhere so how can we use it in XMPP?"

We've been contributing full-mode ICE support (currently updating to ID-17) to the NICE project (LGPL/MPL): http://nice.freedesktop.org/wiki/ There is no TURN support yet, but otherwise the implementation is pretty complete. For information about the ID-17 patchset, see my mail: http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.telephony.sofia-sip.devel/1748 New contributor/testers are very much welcome (please contact me off list if you are interested)! As for other open-source implementations, I know at leat PJSIP (GPL) has ICE support (interoperability testing between PJSIP and NICE still a pending task). If there are other implementations out there, let us know! br, -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Kai Vehmanen)
