The XMPP Council will decide at its next meeting whether to accept this
proposal as an official XEP.
Might be a good idea to move the profile definition outside the xep.
So that future xep's can get added to the relevant profile without
needing to change this proposal.
Maybe make it part of registrar in some way ?
