Hi everyone,
I just wanted to get a clarification on the following stream packet: <stream:features> <starttls xmlns='urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:smpp-tls'/> <stream:features/>. If the <required/> is not used, does that mean that the originator of the connection can assume that TLS is not required and proceed to send stanzas? This is on a s2s connection, but I guess the same question applies to c2s. This is in section 6.3.1 in rfc3290bis4 (http://www.xmpp.org/internet-drafts/draft-saintandre-rfc3920bis-04.html #tls-process-stream) Thanks, Toly
