I think it will be much help for the newcomers. As every best-practices XEP. At a first glance it looks ok. I have only one request so far: The literature references ale nice in most of our XEPs. But here I find them confusing. Every time I see a 'verona.lit' reference in scenario flow, I need to look-up Table 1 and remember which type the server is.
