I've provisionally updated XEP-0108 (User Activity) to track changes to the other PEP payload specs.
Changelog: Allowed empty activity element to signify a pause in publishing; added undefined element to handle any unspecified activity; also added more activities: dancing, fishing, hiding, praying, smoking, thinking.
