E2E over Jingle File Transfer makes no sense. But it raises a
different question: can we secure the file transport? Ok, we could use
an E2E stream and use IBB on that stream for file transport. That
looks kind of ugly to me. It would be cool if we could add some
starttls support on file transport, too.
