The following "unsupported" type errors are in the schema, but I'm not
sure they can actually be triggered (and if so under what circumstances):
1) At the end of 8.1.3, it seems to me to indicate an error would not be
returned: "If the create-and-configure option is not supported but the
requesting entity sends such a request anyway, the service SHOULD ignore
the configuration part of the request and proceed as if it had not been
included.", so I don't see how the "create-and-configure" type of
unsupported error would be triggered
2) "instant-nodes" (Example 118 is about instant nodes but has the error
"nodeid-required").
Likewise, I didn't see the following covered as far as error conditions,
so I just wanted to see if some of these might not get triggered, if
some should be supplied with an error example in the spec, etc.

4) "filtered-notifications"
5) "instant-nodes"
6) "item-ids"
7) "last-published"
8) "leased-subscription"
9) "meta-data"
10) "multi-collection"
11) "multi-subscribe"
