Moving Jingle from Experimental to Draft Lengthy discussion with input from Robert McQueen. Consensus that it would be desirable to perform some online interop testing before advancing the specs. Peter to poll developers about whether they are ready for that, and if not when they would be ready. 3. Draft to Final process General consensus that formal interoperability testing is not needed. Peter to post to the council@ list with further thoughts about the process. 4. Other business 4a. Double-check that all Council members approve of the interim XEP-0206 modifications. All in favor. 4b. Double-check that all Council members approve of the interim XEP-0053 modifications. All in favor. 4c.
