I recently finished implementing dialback. The XEP seems ok, minus the points that Pedro highlighted (I missed many of those myself). There is also a use of remote-server-timeout in the notes under examples 12 & 18. I have not added support for piggybacking. I don't know what other servers support and actively use it, so I don't yet know what happens when another server attempts it. I'm afraid I have not even begun to test my implementation for compliance, it just "works" at the moment, hence I haven't really studied the error cases yet. Matthew.
