[Standards] Pubsub node creation with Node ID changed

After example 120 in section 8.1.1 of Pubsub XEP-0060, it states,
    "Similarly, if the node creation request specified a NodeID but the 
service modified the NodeID before creating the node (refer to 
XEP-0248), the service MUST also specify the modified node in the IQ 
result."

I do not see any condition mentioned in XEP-0248 in which a given NodeID 
is modified...
