Hello, The following use case does not seem covered if you want to use non anonymous or semi anonymous rooms (to get / display user data for example):
1. Enter a persistent room and say something bad. 2. Leave the room. 3. Someone enter the room and get the archived (contextual message). As identity (JID) is disclosed only on presence packet and the user is not available, the identity of the sender has been lost and cannot be used. A possible option would be to specify that server should broadcast identity on presence for unavailable contacts that are still referenced in discussion history.
