I do. Imagine the following situation:I want to chat with someone encrypteed, thus I negotiate a session. I do that using IBB (it's the default, right? At least I think we decided on that some while ago :)). Now I want to send that user a file. If I send that IBB, the server administrator will propably kill me ;). So I negotiate another session that is P2P for the file transfer and STARTTLS that as well.
