Lack of consensus as to whether there is still a problem to be solved here, or (if so) whether this is the right solution. 3. Roster Versioning Advance to Draft? Consensus to postpone a vote until the list discussion has quieted down (perhaps at the next meeting). 4. BOSH Approve version 1.8? Dave, Kevin, and Peter voted +1 in the meeting. Ralph and Jack to vote on the list. 5. Last Activity in Presence Last Call? No objections to issuing a Last Call. 6. Advancing XEPs to Final Consensus that XEP-0138 (Stream Compression) and XEP-0199 (XMPP Ping) could be advanced to Final in the near future. Rough consensus that the BOSH XEPs (124 and 206) might be ready for advancement to Final before the end of the Council term in early September. Rough consenus that XEP-0045 needs a bit of work before it will be ready. Peter to post to the [email protected] list in order to gather open issues. 7.
