[Standards] IBB filetransfer implementations?

Well... I don't know whether this is the right place to ask this
question, but is there ANY client that support SI filetransfer via IBB
correctly in the spec's current revision? The closest I found to
functional is Tkabber's unannounced use of messages instead of IQ's
and I'm really tired of devising workarounds for crappy
implementations... I just want to test and debug my implementation
with something working. Is there any?
