IETF XCON wg ( http://tools.ietf.org/wg/xcon/ ) has defined RFC
4582 "The Binary Floor Control Protocol (BFCP)"
to control the Floor.
Yes, I'm aware of XCON, but it's not been mentioned by the vMeet
people yet - I've not brought it up because I know absolutely nothing
about it.
