1. Regenerate the hashes. 2. Fix the schemas. 3. Add text about bounces. 4. Add text about the need to start a new dialback negotiation in the opposite direction. 5. Add note about the large number of streams needed if multiplexing happens. 6. Clarify use of <required/> and <optional/> in stream features. 7. Add more details to the multiplexing section. 8. Philipp's point about "no dial-back" (I'm not sure exactly what he means).
