Yes, of course. Maybe, for the sake of using the same system
everywhere, we should remove the "since" attribute from MUC spec.
Maybe "seconds", too, since I don't see any practical usefulness.
Never mind that, I'll bring the topic back once there is something
going on around MUC again.
