Unfortunately I wasn't in the room at that time (perhaps I was presenting the XMPP 101 tutorial with Jack, or up at the Google Wave Federation Day), so I don't know exactly what conclusions were reached. Therefore I've updated the proposal based on some vague hints from those who were there, some discussions I've had with people off-list, and my own idea of where SIFT needs to go.
