As long as we think it's valuable to define yearly conformance suites, yes. These were intended to be input to interop testing, although precious little of that has occurred. :( > 2. I do wonder if it is appropriate to include more Final XEPs in the Advanced series: http://xmpp.org/protocols/#ext-final E.g., perhaps Last Activity (XEP-0012) and Data Forms (XEP-0004). Also, there has been some debate about whether to include Privacy Lists (XEP-0016), Simple Communications Blocking (XEP-0191), both, or neither. > 3. References XEPs 175 (Best Practices for Use of SASL ANONYMOUS), 178 (Best Practices for Use of SASL EXTERNAL with Certificates), and 205 (Best Practices to Discourage Denial of Service Attacks) would be appropriate, I think. > 5. Is the specification accurate and clearly written? At least it's brief. :) Peter - -- Peter Saint-Andre https://stpeter.im/ -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.8 (Darwin) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAkqn5IcACgkQNL8k5A2w/vzoJACfZ3fkfDT92gdXnPPMSLersDgf bckAoKwehfrT/PpHXFKWZNCOmpSJTXmc =QVE6 -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
