The following Draft and Final XEPs are in what I will henceforth call an interim state: 1. XEP-0060: Publish-Subscribe (version 1.13rc4) This XEP is currently under revision, so it is not ready for a Council vote on accepting the modifications. 2. XEP-0085: Chat State Notifications (version 2.1rc1) Revisions have been completed by the author to clear up confusion regarding allowable state transitions. XEP-0163: Personal Eventing Protocol (version 1.2rc2) It appears to the XMPP Extensions Editor as if this XEP can be voted on even though XEP-0060 is still under revision. However, it is a matter for the Council to decide whether it wishes to vote nor or when the revisions to XEP-0060 have been completed.
