Version 0.3 of XEP-0227 (Portable Import/Export Format for XMPP-IM Servers) has been released.
Abstract: This document specifies a file format for importing and exporting user data to and from XMPP-IM servers. Changelog: Modified to include feedback received during the initial Last Call.
