Thanks for your interested in XMPP pubsub.

Last week I asked Brian Cully to become a co-author and spec maintainer
on XEP-0248 and he agreed to help. Clearly it is becoming unsustainable
for one person (even a workaholic) to maintain all these specs.

I think that XEP-0248 is not yet ready for a Last Call. I have about 30
unprocessed emails about it, and among other things I want to move the
text about node relationship models to an informational section later in
the document. Soon we'll get an issue tracker installed at xmpp.org so
that we can track issues more efficiently.

There is no shame in deferral of a spec! The important ones return to
Experimental again after they are updated.
