I'd note that Remko sent his apologies, with the excuse that he's on
his honeymoon.
Ralph turned up precisely when the calendar told him to, which was
unfortunate, because the calendar was off by an hour...
Note that the next meeting will move relative to UTC by an hour due
to the end of Summer Time in the EU - all Council folk are within the
EU block, and so the time doesn't change for us, but may for others.
