Thanks, but finally it's not clear for me: In each case (3, 4 and 5) you have argued that such server's response doesn't indicate that bob is blocked, so... :) Could you please clarify me if it's possible or not? PS: In case it's possible then I would consider it an issue in the protocol. For example, some years ago the same issue was present in MSN and many web pages could indicate if some contact has blocked you (these pages still exist but AFAIK the bug is fixed in new versions of MSN protocol).
