I've reworked the collection node XEP (0248). The diff is essentially
the entire document, so I haven't posted it to the list. The bullet features
from the commit log:
* Normalized layout
* Added required sections
* Renamed "multi-collection" disco feature to "multi-collections"
for consistency with "collections" feature
* Added associate request
* Added dissociate request
* Added ability to request items on a collection node
* Removed "Node Relationship Models" section
There's still one remaining issue for me, which is how to handle SHIM
headers with sub-id and collection nodes. I've left it in for now until a
better solution can be figured out.
