Abstract: This specification defines an XMPP extension to negotiate the use of the use of RTP Header Extension as defined by RFC 5285 with Jingle RTP sessions URL: http://www.xmpp.org/extensions/inbox/rtp-hdrext.html The XMPP Council will decide at its next meeting whether to accept this proposal as an official XEP.
