I'd like to see http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0115.html#security-mti pointing to this XEP instead of IANA Hash Function Textual Names Registry <http://www.iana.org/assignments/hash-function-text-names>, because the latter registers md2, which has been dropped from new openssl versions and, thus, makes it harder to implement.
