I rather not add stanza-level encryption to the list of XMPP extensions likely to be blocked by XMPP network operators with limited bandwidth. That aside, stanza-level encryption + RTT will not have a marginal increase of bandwidth over stanza-level encryption of basic IM. Regarding accessibility issues, I would welcome an XEP which discussed accessibility issues in XMPP, especially core services such as IM and presence. I'd also welcome addition of an "Accessible Considerations" section to this and other XEPs detailing protocol extensions. -- Kurt
