Some Draft XEPs were rarely implemented / deployed and weren't great ideas in the first place. I'm thinking of protocols like extended stanza addressing (XEP-0033) and flexible offline message retrieval (XEP-0013), but there might be others. How would the community like to proceed with regard to these specifications? Converting some of them to Deprecated makes sense to me, subject to meeting certain criteria (age, lack of use, poor design).
