That raises the question: do we want to re-combine XEP-0124 and
XEP-0206 so that BOSH is (mostly) dedicated to XMPP? At one time
(before WebSocket was a gleam in anyone's eye) we thought that we
might standardize BOSH at the IETF so we wanted to make sure it wasn't
necessarily tied to XMPP. But those days are long gone and it might
make sense to put things back together at this point...
