Section 4.1.1 has instructions for requesting a vCard. It has the "vcard" element as the direct child to the iq. I was wondering why it isn't wrapped in a "query" element as you typically see with similar requests (roster, discovery, rpc, etc.)?
Also, since the server has to directly support this functionality, shouldn't we first check if the server supports the feature? This XEP doesn't seem to cover that. Thanks, Todd
