[Standards] XEP-0133 : Service Administration [Error : item-not-found] for get-online-users-list

Hi All,
I am using  4.20 Get List of Online Users Example 67. But I am getting
error 404 item-not-found.

                  <command xmlns='http://jabber.org/protocol/commands'
                   action='execute'

I am using this code. Is anybody know what I am missing.

Or this service is removed from XEP-0133 extension.
