Hi, Well, voting is just about the only thing we do in general member meetings. The minutes generally also link to the raw chat logs. The rest of the activities of the XSF is working on (improving) our standards. The primary body for this is the Council along with everybody on the standards list. Council meetings are also open, and, again, raw chat logs are available. There is also a Council mailing list. Finally, there is the Board, which takes care of the organizational stuff regarding the Foundation: finance, planning summits, managing voting, and steering our 'teams'. Board meetings are open, and take place in <xmpp:[email protected]>, just like member meetings, and also logged. Most of the XSF discussion happens on the members mailing list. I do notice that out website doesn't clearly show where the XSF MUC room archives are. That's something we should address. You can find the specifics on our obligations in the by-laws, but yes, we try to be as transparent as we can be. If you have any further questions, let us know! Thanks! -- ralphm
