Do you have an example how to add a reference, e.g., an RFC (that is not yet in xep.ent file) as an inline entity to xml file?
http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0258.xml defines several at the top.For things like RFCs it's pretty easy to convince the editor to add them to xep.ent though. There are a number of RFCs already there, so you don't even have to think much about the format.
