We have now come to a point where this protocol has stabilised, and I would like to propose that it begin the process of moving from Experimental to Draft.
The protocol is being used in various production scenarios supporting real-world applications. This would be my first XEP to get to this stage; beyond this request, what do I need to do? Ben
