This would, in turn, means that "publisher" affiliation could only
retract and re-publish their own content, whereas the new affiliation

I like the idea of a new affiliation, but in this case, what would
publish_model means ? A « subscribers » publish_model would mean normal
publisher I guess, but how can I tell that « subscribers » are all
[new_affiliation] ?
