Folks, On behalf of the 15th XMPP Council, I'd like to solicit one or more volunteers for taking and sending minutes for the XMPP Council meetings.
These are the technical oversight meetings for the standards process, and so have a number of votes etc that need to be officially noted (see XEP-0001), but it's also useful to capture the more general discussions that the Council has. Council meetings are at 1600 UTC on Wednesdays, and are held in the [email protected] chatroom. They are open to all, though only Council have voting rights of course. I would imagine that aside from the huge value to the community, a minute taker would be an excellent first step towards taking on Council itself. Ideally it'd be useful to have more than one volunteer to share the task. Thanks! Dave.
