XMPP Servers very commonly send set/get IQ stanzas to clients. Clients also
send them to each other nearly all the time, and servers send them to each
other occasionally. Clients and servers operate for the most part as equal
peers on the network - there are differences but they're mostly at a higher
level than stanzas.
