The client which generated the token has to be online. With CSI (as it is implemented just now) it even has to be in the foreground. Meaning I can't send you an invite with my tablet and take that tablet offline afterwards. Also even if we consider CSI not to be an issue here (in reality it will be) you still have the added round trip time of the c2s link of the inviter. cheers Daniel
